At the rear, the ‘floating roof’ effect is achieved through a design that disconnects the roof from the prominent cladding materials, with only glass or black panels touching the roofline. This creates a light, airy feel, further enhanced by the seamless integration of natural wood tongue and groove for both the ceiling and soffit.
