How do you maximize views on a 50ft waterfront property? Garage in the front. Not all municipalities allow this sort of floor plan configuration. When they do, it’s a nice way to optimize your ground floor plan, especially when there are beautiful backyard views to capture. The trick is not allowing the garage to dominate the front façade.  

The back of this home is the showstopper. Our clients installed a phenomenal infinity pool with underwater bar stools at the edge.
