The design of Whiteoaks showcases the intersection of formality and comfort. Exterior materials and a contrasting colour scheme were used to accentuate the bold roof line that gives the house its personality. The large second floor volume is skillfully enveloped by the continuous roof in order to not overpower the relaxing rear yard spaces. The side loaded garage configuration allowed for ample car parking in a manner that does not dominate curb side views.
