Transitional Luxury

This transitional design combines moody spaces with textured finishes and luxe details. The strength of this design is in the cohesiveness and consistency of colours, materials, and warmth across all living spaces. The contrast of the dark elements like the powder room, luxurious kitchen cabinetry, and marble slab fireplace surround seamlessly connect to the warm neutral palette of rooms like the primary ensuite, by carrying through common elements, like natural wood tones and gold hardware details.

On the exterior, this sloping lot presented a unique set of challenges. A large retaining wall was required, to retain soil to allow for a flat space for the pool and outdoor living space to exist. The result is a beautiful backyard space with ample privacy and amazing views of the neighbourhood.
