The Dusk Home

When Canadian singer Matt Dusk approached our firm to create a custom home design for his family, the goal was to bring together luxury hotel–inspired comfort with the timeless influence of Frank Lloyd Wright–style architecture. As a leading Toronto custom home designer, we set out to craft a warm, welcoming residence—one designed for living, making music, and creating lasting memories. The result is a striking example of our signature Natural Modern architecture, tailored to the unique lifestyle of the Dusk family.

Set on an expansive west Toronto lot, this three-level, 6,000-sq.-ft. custom home features a carefully balanced palette of stone, steel, and wood, giving the façade a distinctive presence within the neighborhood. Dynamic pitched rooflines, sculptural details, and a strong horizontal profile contribute to the home’s architectural character and sense of grandeur. Outdoors, an infinity pool, sweeping balcony, and integrated leisure areas connect seamlessly with the surrounding landscape—an essential principle in our holistic approach to architectural design and outdoor integration.

Inside, the home showcases open-concept living spaces, floor-to-ceiling glass, and intentional sightlines that maximize natural light and strengthen the indoor–outdoor connection.
