Project Coordinator

Permits/Municipal Approvals, Full Time, Mississauga, ON


This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated problem solver who is eager to apply their multi-tasking skills to an exciting and complex industry. The Project Coordinator is part of our approvals team, focused on acquiring municipal approvals for our custom home and renovation designs. Strong communication (written and oral) and organization skills are a must. A background in business administration and/or project management will allow you to excel in this position. Company culture is of utmost importance to us; we are looking for someone with a friendly, compassionate and service-oriented nature.

Our ideal candidate must have…

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience 
  • Openness and eagerness to learn about a complex industry
  • A professional demeanour. Client-facing experience is ideal.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong organization skills
  • Vehicle and driver's license
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel. AutoCAD is an asset but not required.
